DELIVERY AND RETURNS

MFleming process every order manually, and try to do so within 15 business days of purchase. Please note that in busy periods this might take longer.
You will get an email confirmation once the order has been dispatched. After confirmation of dispatch, please allow up to 15 days for delivery within Europe, or 30 days if outside of Europe. With the current pandemic situation, delivery times may vary.

When the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, which allows you to track your order.
All orders will be packed with the greatest security, according to best practices.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your retur- ned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the same adress of the shipper of the package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CARING FOR YOUR ARTWORK ON ARRIVAL

Please keep your new artwork away from liquids, hard and/or sharp objects, adhesives, and other sources of potential damage, in order to preserve its integrity.
Prints should be unrolled as soon as possible after delivery, and either laid flat or sent directly for framing.
The cardboard tube used for transport takes care of your print in transit, but is not suited for long-term storage. Paintings are best maintained indoors in cool, dry areas without excessive direct sunlight.

PAYMENT AND TAX

Accepted payment methods are: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover and Amex.

All prices are shown in Euros (EUR).

All pricing on the website is inclusive of sales tax. Order confirmations, receipts, and invoices show a breakdown of tax paid.
The shipping costs will be charged according to the values indicated on the website, calculated, namely, according to the selected shipping method.

You will always be informed, in a clear and concise way, prior to the completion of the order, about the total price of the product, which includes the price, all taxes and charges, additional transport costs, shipping costs or any other costs that may exist.
MFleming reserves the right to change the prices of products and shipping costs at any time, without affecting, howe- ver, the orders in respect of which the Order has already been completed.

IMPORT DUTIES

Any potential duties, taxes, and charges related to import (which are very uncommon with art products) are not inclu- ded in the item price and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
If in doubt, please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

All artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity, which helps prove its provenance. I can help provide further docu- mentation if needed.

COPYRIGHT

Unless otherwise explicitly called out, any artwork for sale on this website is sold by itself, and the copyright to the artwork remains with the artist. Copyright does not transfer to the buyer of the artwork and therefore any copyright usage is exclusive to the artist.
